The one at your main residence, not the one on the number plate. If you live in Regensburg, it's the Zulassungsbehörde der Stadt Regensburg; if you live in Landkreis Regensburg, the Zulassungsbehörde des Landkreises Regensburg.
Can I get a personalised R number plate online?
When registering or re-registering, the responsible office assigns a number plate. If you reserved a combination with R there yourself, you enter it with its PIN during the process. We currently don't offer reservations through ZS24.
